Description

Mix, whisk, and pour with greater control using the AUX Japanese Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl with Handle. Its thoughtfully positioned handle lets you steady the bowl firmly with one hand while mixing with the other, eliminating the need to brace a slippery bowl against your body or countertop. When you’re finished, the integrated spout helps transfer batters, sauces, and other mixtures neatly.

Made from durable 18-8 stainless steel, the bowl is deep enough to help contain ingredients while whisking and includes measurement markings along the side for quickly gauging quantities as you work. AUX carefully designed the angle and compact shape of the handle so the bowl can still nest with other bowls and cookware, helping save valuable cabinet and refrigerator space.

Made in Niigata Prefecture, part of Japan’s renowned Tsubame-Sanjo metalworking region, the AUX Japanese Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl with Handle brings practical Japanese problem-solving to an everyday kitchen essential. Lightweight, durable, and dishwasher safe, it is designed for repeated daily use.

Tsubamesanjo

Located in Niigata Prefecture, Tsubamesanjo is one of Japan’s foremost centers of metal craftsmanship. The tradition began in the early Edo period, when local farmers began forging nails, forming a community of skilled metalworkers. Renowned for producing durable, finely crafted kitchenware and blades, the region now excels in stainless-steel kitchen tools, hand-hammered copperware, and finely sharpened knives. Each piece reflects generations of craftsmanship, admired for its enduring quality and precision.

FAQ

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes. You may add a personalized gift message of up to 250 characters at checkout — it is printed on a card and included inside the package. Prices and order details are never shown on the card or anywhere in the shipment, so the recipient sees only your message and the gift itself.

Will my order be wrapped as a gift?

Yes. Every JOC Goods order is wrapped in a traditional Japanese furoshiki cloth before shipping at no extra charge — both gifts and personal orders. If your order includes many or large items, the furoshiki may be packed inside the box rather than wrapped around them. Prices are never included in any shipment.
