Description

Expand what you can cook with the Luxe Carbon Steel Deep Pan with Lid, a compact square pan designed to pair perfectly with our Luxe Tabletop Grill. Made in Japan from substantial 3.2 mm carbon steel, it distributes heat slowly and evenly for beautifully seared steaks, seafood, vegetables, and more.

The deep-sided design goes beyond grilling, allowing you to prepare dishes with plenty of sauce or cooking liquid, from ajillo and acqua pazza to simmered dishes and soups. A securely welded handle provides a stable grip, while the included 18-8 stainless steel lid helps retain heat and moisture. The natural walnut knob adds a warm accent to its clean, modern design.

Sized for cooking for one or two, the Luxe Carbon Steel Deep Pan with Lid fits neatly atop the Luxe Tabletop Grill, transforming it into an even more versatile tabletop cooking experience. It can also be used independently, making it a practical addition to everyday cooking.

Tsubamesanjo

Located in Niigata Prefecture, Tsubamesanjo is one of Japan’s foremost centers of metal craftsmanship. The tradition began in the early Edo period, when local farmers began forging nails, forming a community of skilled metalworkers. Renowned for producing durable, finely crafted kitchenware and blades, the region now excels in stainless-steel kitchen tools, hand-hammered copperware, and finely sharpened knives. Each piece reflects generations of craftsmanship, admired for its enduring quality and precision.

FAQ

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes. You may add a personalized gift message of up to 250 characters at checkout — it is printed on a card and included inside the package. Prices and order details are never shown on the card or anywhere in the shipment, so the recipient sees only your message and the gift itself.

Will my order be wrapped as a gift?

Yes. Every JOC Goods order is wrapped in a traditional Japanese furoshiki cloth before shipping at no extra charge — both gifts and personal orders. If your order includes many or large items, the furoshiki may be packed inside the box rather than wrapped around them. Prices are never included in any shipment.
