This Gold Floral Sauce Dish, an Arita ware round sauce dish by Shobido Honten, is decorated in the Ko-Imari style popularized during the Edo period (1603–1868). This Imari ware dish features the handcrafted somenishiki technique, where red, green, and gold overglaze porcelain is applied to blue and white porcelain.
