Description
Bright blossoms in deep red dance across pure white porcelain, bringing a sense of celebration to the Red Plum Blossom Teapot. Crafted in fine Arita ware, this teapot honors one of Japan’s most cherished seasonal motifs: the plum blossom, a symbol of resilience and new beginnings. Each flower is hand-painted, its vivid strokes glowing softly against the smooth, lustrous glaze.
Designed with a side handle for effortless pouring, the teapot combines beauty with thoughtful function. Inside, a beehive-style strainer filters loose leaves while allowing their flavors to unfold fully. The snug, unvented lid helps keep tea warm, making each cup as satisfying as the first.
Its timeless red-and-white design pairs easily with a wide variety of teacups, adding harmony to your tea service. For those who prefer a coordinated look, matching teacups in the same motif are also available. This teapot brings not only elegance to the table but also the gentle joy of sharing tea.

Arita Ware
Arita ware, Japan’s first porcelain, originated in the early 17th century in the town of Arita, Saga Prefecture. Using pure porcelain stone sourced from the mountains of Amakusa, artisans created brilliantly white ceramics that quickly became celebrated for their beauty and strength. During the Edo period, Arita grew into a major center of porcelain production, with its works exported to Europe through the port of Imari, where they captivated collectors and royal courts alike. Today, Arita ware continues to embody the harmony of artistry and function, bringing timeless elegance to modern dining around the world.Teaware
