Description

Designed for gently serving delicate tofu, Japanese Tofu Scoop features a flower-inspired shape and flat perforated base that help lift tofu cleanly without breaking or crumbling. Ideal for yudofu, hot pot, and simmered dishes, the scoop makes it easier to serve soft tofu smoothly from the pot to the bowl.

Crafted in Tsubame, Niigata, Japan, a region celebrated for exceptional stainless steel craftsmanship, the scoop is made entirely from durable stainless steel with a clean minimalist finish. The perforated base helps drain excess liquid while the broad, flat shape supports soft tofu with stability and control. Its lightweight yet sturdy construction is comfortable to hold and easy to maneuver inside hot pots and deep cookware.

Functional, elegant, and thoughtfully crafted, Japanese Tofu Scoop brings refined Japanese dining utility to everyday meals and shared hot pot gatherings. Dishwasher safe and highly durable, it is designed for regular use while adding a subtle touch of Japanese craftsmanship to the kitchen and table.

FAQ

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes. You may add a personalized gift message of up to 250 characters at checkout — it is printed on a card and included inside the package. Prices and order details are never shown on the card or anywhere in the shipment, so the recipient sees only your message and the gift itself.

Will my order be wrapped as a gift?

Yes. Every JOC Goods order is wrapped in a traditional Japanese furoshiki cloth before shipping at no extra charge — both gifts and personal orders. If your order includes many or large items, the furoshiki may be packed inside the box rather than wrapped around them. Prices are never included in any shipment.
