Description

Graceful in form and luminous in finish, the Handcrafted Petal White Tea Set brings understated refinement to your tea rituals. This artisan-crafted porcelain set includes a teapot and a matching tulip-shaped teacup, both made in Japan’s Hasami region — a place known for centuries of ceramic excellence.

The softly scalloped surface evokes the gentle curve of flower petals, while the high-luster white glaze reveals subtle rose-toned undertones in the porcelain. The teapot features an integrated strainer, ideal for brewing loose-leaf teas, and its rounded silhouette sits beautifully on any table.

Whether serving a quiet morning tea or hosting a formal gathering, this set blends timeless Japanese minimalism with delicate, modern charm. A lovely choice for gifting or for those who find joy in life’s quiet, elegant details.

More Details

Isshin Kiln

Founded in 1988 in Hasami, Nagasaki Prefecture, Isshin Kiln is known for its signature “Isshin-bori” carving technique, in which each pattern is hand-carved into porcelain using more than thirty custom tools. The precise, rhythmic lines create subtle shadows and movement that reveal the beauty of handwork. Continuing to evolve while staying close to everyday life, Isshin Kiln crafts porcelain that brings depth, texture, and quiet emotion to the modern table.

Hasami ware

The lineage of Hasami ware porcelain dates back over 400 years, and modern artisans still use many of the same time-honored methods to create their stunning pieces. Hasami ware, originating from the town of Hasami, shares close ties to porcelain from the Arita region of Japan, but each style produces its own unique pieces.
