Description
The Flat Harmony Gray Teapot embodies the balance of tradition and modern refinement. Crafted in Tokoname ware, one of Japan’s oldest pottery styles, it is shaped in a minimalist flat form that feels both contemporary and timeless. The soft slate gray clay surface carries a natural warmth, inviting quiet moments of tea enjoyment.
Thoughtful details enhance its function as much as its beauty. The lid is molded for a snug, precise fit, helping to maintain temperature, while the built-in clay strainer allows tea leaves to expand fully, releasing their flavor without the need for a metal basket. The side handle design offers smooth, effortless pouring, a hallmark of Japanese teapots.
Available in a range of subtle colors, this teapot can be paired with matching cups for a complete set. Packaged in an elegant box, it also makes a refined gift. Perfect for daily tea rituals or as a centerpiece for gatherings, it is a vessel of both harmony and craft.

Tokoname Ware
Tokoname ware is one of Japan’s Six Ancient Kilns, with a history of over 1,000 years. Made in Tokoname City on the Chita Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture, it uses local clay rich in iron that hardens at low temperatures and becomes naturally water-resistant when fired. This distinctive clay produces the shudei style, unglazed pottery with a warm reddish hue, most famously seen in Tokoname teapots. Known for their smooth pour and ability to bring out the gentle flavor of tea, these teapots embody both practicality and refined simplicity.Teaware
Japanese teaware includes teapots and tea cups, tea sets, tea caddies, scoops, and strainers. Artisan Japanese teaware is handcrafted in small workshops and kilns throughout the country, and are typically made in small batches with care and attention to every step of the process. Their handmade nature exudes a warmth and individual character not possible with mass-produced teaware. Purchase a set or mix-and-match individual pieces to customize your own tea-drinking experience.Shipping & Return
